Wasfie Ismail
Founding Executive Director
Wasfie Ismail, founder of iStratijia, has more than 25 years experience in strategy advisory, business performance, integrated and value reporting, retirement fund and coaching.
He holds a Master of Business Administration, Postgraduate diploma in integrated reporting and certifications from the Institute of Directors SA (IODSA). Currently member of IODSA, Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA), Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA) and Integrated Reporting Committee (IRC) of South Africa Working Group.
He is currently the independent chairperson of the Estate Agency Affairs Board Retirement Fund. He was the chairperson of the ACSA Retirement Fund.
Previous roles include Group Manager - Strategy and Performance Management of the Airports Company South Africa, Assistant General Manager – Finance and Administration at O.R. Tambo International Airport and Manager at Old Mutual Employee Benefits.
